I liked the product overall, but after looking back at my receipt, it just felt a bit too pricey for what I actually got. Nothing wrong with the quality, but I’m not sure I’d rush to buy it again at that price.

Ordering was fine overall, and I did get through checkout, but the whole process felt kind of clunky. At a few points I felt a bit trapped in the flow, like I couldn’t easily go back or figure out what step was next. It worked, just not the smoothest experience

I bought this from shopjura.com thinking I was finally going to get really good coffee at home, but honestly?? The taste has been disappointing. Even with beans I know are good, the coffee still comes out weak, flat, and sometimes a little bitter.

The machine itself has been annoying too. It takes longer than I expected to warm up, and a few times it has just stopped in the middle of brewing for no obvious reason?? Then the cleaning alerts keep popping up so often that it feels like I’m dealing with the machine more than actually enjoying coffee.

For what this costs, I really expected a lot better. Maybe I got unlucky, but between the bland coffee and the random issues, I’m frustrated?? I wouldn’t buy it again.

I really regret reaching out to support. They took ages to get back to me, and even after waiting all that time, I still didn’t get a clear answer. Frustrating experience

They did honor the warranty, so I’ll give them that, but man, the repair process was kind of a pain in the butt. Updates were slow as hell, and I had to keep chasing them like an idiot just to find out what was going on. The machine came back working, which is the main thing, but the whole thing took way longer than it should’ve.

My order took forever to arrive, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I ended up having to chase them just to find out what was going on, which was really frustrating.

I ordered this from shopjura.com i kind of regret not getting it sooner. It arrived in good shape, and the quality feels solid right out of the box. So far it’s been working fine with no issues, which is always a relief. Delivery wasn’t exactly fast, but it wasn’t terrible either. The only thing I wish had been better was the order updates, they could’ve been a little clearer after checkout. Still, overall I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.
